Kim Kardashian Blonde?

Wow Kim is very pretty even with blonde hair! However, she just looks like Jennifer Lopez to me.



I know that blondes get noticed more, but I think she looks better with black hair.

Photoshoot

OMG this was so much fun. My friend and I had a photo shoot. We woke up at 5:30 am and it ended at 1:00 pm. I did my own makeup and my friend's. Ahhh i love it! I want to keep doing this hehe. The photographer even told he might hire me to do makeup! How exciting is it? HAHA well... the photographer is my co-worker lol. We went to this railroad place with an old bridge, and it's full of graffiti. Amazingly it looks great in the pictures! The color was captured beautifully!

Makeup & Clothing Haul

I have a haul for you guys! I've been going to the beach lately, and the first thing that you will need is a sunscreen! It doesn't matter what type of spf it has but you should always have one. I went to Target, and I bought the Neutrogena Ultra Sheer with spf 100+. I thought that it would be impossible to have this type of product containing this much spf! It cost $10.99 at Target. It's kind of pricey but it works! I tan easily during the summer, and I really need a great sunblock that will keep me from tanning because my tan is way tooo tan lol. You can use this over your face and body. I prefer using it only on the face.

-It doesn't clog your pores
-It's water/sweatproof
-Oil & PABA free.

When I applied this product on it was not greasy at all. It is light weight as the product advertises. I've tried it underneath and over makeup, and it works fine! It is very fast absorbing. I stayed five hours at the beach, and when I got home I didn't see any skin discoloration. I also re-applied this product on face 3 times while I was at the beach, and my makeup was still looking nice even after I went swimming. When I got home and took a shower, my face felt so smooth, and it didn't break me out at all. I also love the way it left my face looking matte. This sunblock works great! I wanted to buy another one incase they stop making it, but on the other hand Neutrogena might make one that has spf 200+ haha.



I also bought Majolica Majorca Jeweling eye palettes for $18.75 each. This is a Japnese brand makeup. I love the packaging, and it looks so cute! I haven't done any swatches or looks.


I bought this top at Foreign Exchange for $26.00 It's a nice floral top. Great for the summer.


I also bought these skinny jeans from a store called Joppa at my mall. All the items at the store were 40% off! I asked the employee if they are closing down, but she said that her managers would not tell her and she said she has a feeling that they are. These jeans originall cost $36.99, but I got them on sale yay!

R.I.P MJ

This is a late post, and I am saddened that this tragedy had come to place. The first time I heard about this tragedy is right when the news had broken out. I just came out from the post office, and I was about to enter my bf's car. A lady parked at the right side of our car had her driver's window rolled down. She had this weird look on her face that was indescribable. Her head turned towards me, and she asked me a simple question..."Did you know Michael Jackson just died?" I didn't feel anything at that moment because reality didn't come to me yet. I see Michael Jackson as this immortal person whose music I listened to since I was just a child. I remember all his greatest hit. I responded back to the lady and said "No. really? I didn't know that," I answered with composure. I had this slanted smile on my face for some reason because I thought it was a joke. I surely didn't know what I was thinking. Reality still did not hit me yet at that time. I thought that the radio will announce that it was just pretend and life can be normal again...

MJ didn't know how much people he have affected. I do not understand how some of the people make rude comments and jokes regarding about his looks, his personality, his parenting skills and then all of a sudden he gains all this. Why do human nature always show how much we care when it is too late? MJ should have had all these respect when he was still alive. I am saddened for his family. Imagine... the whole world mourns for his death, and we all feel the pain. Imagine the impact this had on his family. They feel more hurt than we do. I feel deeply shattered inside that someone who I know but have not met is gone.

LC Braided Headband Tuorial

i LOVE the beach

My friends and I went to SM beach. Ahhh so relaxing. I wish I brought my body board but we parked too far and it was difficult to bring. Were going to Zuma beach on Tuesday. Can't wait! It's my friend's b-day. I want to bring my dog but she can't be on the sand :(

Hi Guys! Bath & Body works is having 75% off on selected items, and I couldn't resist! I bought 2 of their aromatheraphy body lotions in "STRESS RELIEF" and "SENSUAL". These two lotions smell sooo good! The one in Stress Relief (green bottle) has an aroma similar to that of a spa environment.It includes Sandalwood essential oil that relaxes and soothes the mind. Rose essential oil is also included which calms and brings balance and harmony. Smelling it relieves me from my stress. The second one, in Sensual (red bottle), smells like jasmine. This aroma awakens the senses. It includes Ylang-Ylang essential oil that boosts confidence and lifts the spirit. Also, it includes Myrth essential oil that helps you center yourself. The middle item in the picture is a body wash in Stress Relief. The whole bathroom smells so good after I use it, and get out of the shower. The scents are amazing. You do not have to keep re-applying it because the scent will last throughout the day.

Each of these originally cost $15. I got it on sale for $5.00 each. Good deal!




A few days later I went to Victoria's Secret and they were also having a sale! I bought "Beauty Rush" (left) flavored Appletini. This originally cost $8, but I got it for only $4. It smells like sweet green apples. It's a hydrating mist. This item contains 2 layers of skin conditioner & fragrance. You can actually see the two layers in the picture (the top part is green and the bottom is clear). This product needs to be shaken before use.

The product at the middle is called "Everything Refreshing Spray with natural citrus". This item is free of parabens, sulfites, petrolatum, mineral oil, and paraffin. It's 100% vegan ingredients. After spraying it on, it gives you a clean, healthy & refreshing feeling.

The product on the right is a kabuki retractable brush. It originally cost $20, but I got it only for $5. I haven't opened it yet; however, the bristles at the store display seems soft enough. It's not synthetic.




I went to the mall again yesterday and I bought a few items from the Body Shop with my friend Anna. They were having a sale. Buy 3 for $10. I got 3 makeup items for $10. The quality is great. I was not going to buy any item from the store until I saw the lipstick! It reminded me of the Paul & Joe. I love the color. It also reminded me of cute-ster from the Mac HK collection. The lipstick is moisturizing and watery. But I still recommend putting carmex as a base before using this product. I do not like the scent of the lipstick. It smells like the old cheap lipsticks. This lipstick alone was on sale for $8 so I just decided to get the 2 more items. I chose to get the 4 quad e/s in blue. It originally cost $22. The packaging is unique and cute. The colors are very pigmented. I used it today and i'm only liking it so far. Lastly, I bought the lightening touch concealer in 01. The only thing I don't like about this item is that it only contains 1.8 ml. That's small. I like how it brightens up my under eye circles. I'm not sure how much this product originally cost.

I also bought a $0.99 Wet & Wild eyebrow brown pencil from Target.

Today, my bf and I ate at Yogurt Zone and some small sushi place. YUM! Their yogurt was sooo good. The price was also good! hehe It was only 4.35 for a large cup! Look at it! It's gigantic compared to pink berry. But I still love pink berry. I got the peach tart & vanilla flavor with mochi, non fat granola, and mango as my toppings. YUM :P

OMG this sushi is sooo good! Only $8.75. Ahhh i love salmon!

So that's it you guys. I bought a lot of clothes also but I'm so lazy to take pictures of them one by one. I want to do a video but I need to gather them up and it's going to take a while. I really need to update my youtube.

Party!

So my co-workers and I partied last Thursday at Universal City Walk @ L.A The bar is called Howl at the Moon. They have a band that plays random music such as Journey's "Boulevard". I love that place! I use to go there every week with my classmates. It's been so long since I've been there after graduated which was a year ago! I got buzzed a lil. bit but I didn't drink that much hehe. After that, we went to Saddle Ranch and just danced the night away. One of my friend's cousin rode the Bull! haha they wanted me to do it but nuh uh. I know for sure I can't last on the bull for that long. So that's about it you guys! I'll try to post up some of my hauls.

Cocoa and Chumpow

Aren't they adorable. Cocoa is on the left and Chum Pow is on the right. They were having a play date. It looks like they are fighting bt they are actually just playing hehe. I loveeee my chumpy!

I just quit my job!

I just gave my resignation... My boss couldn't believe it but I needed to do it. She gave me so many offers just to stay. I really want to find a new job that requires only part time because i'm going back to school. She told me I can work part-time since I am going back to school or I can be a transport nurse. I still turned down the offer because working at a sub-acute unit is stressful and i just want to find a job closer to home. Being a transport nurse is easy money but I don't like dealing with doctors lol. I'll probably join home health and see from there.
